Our Private Spa harks back to this ancient tradition in the heart of Rome, in an authentic space enhanced by the use of techniques and materials with an ancient flavour, such as travertine marble and hand-made decorations, inside the Hotel TB Place.

Hot tub
Our hot tub offers a unique experience that combines the comfort of the pool with benefits: massages produced by water jets of various intensities. This practice provides an undeniable physical and mental well-being, promoting muscle relaxation and improving blood and lymphatic circulation. It also promotes drainage of the lower limbs, increases tissue elasticity and stimulates the production of endorphins, ensuring a general feeling of relaxation and well-being.
Turkish bath
An invigorating oasis for the total well-being of body and mind. Here, air, steam and fragrances blend together, delicately enveloping the skin and facilitating its natural exfoliation, while the body relaxes in an atmosphere at 45°C with 98% humidity. This environment promotes the production of serotonin, the happiness hormone, for complete relaxation and deep regeneration.
Emotional shower
Consisting of water effects that, sublimated by the presence of colors and scents, allow you to obtain not only physical, but also emotional and psychic well-being. From the body's point of view, if cold water helps to firm the tissues, hot water has a vasodilatory effect, useful for purifying the skin. The alternation of jets at contrasting temperatures stimulates and reactivates blood microcirculation, toning the body.
Black Finnish Sauna
A modern reinterpretation inspired by ancient Finnish sauna models in which the heating of the room occurred through a real fire lit inside, hence the characteristic soot-blackened walls, recalled in the design of this latest-generation sauna.
Sauna of the Gods
The package includes access to the sauna enriched with essential oils and perfumes inspired by Roman mythology. Customers can enjoy an aromatherapy session while relaxing in the sauna, imagining being surrounded by the atmosphere of the ancient Romans.
